The week may be drawing to a close, but Kindra’s only getting started. The response has been overwhelmingly positive for Kindra since her debut, so it would be safe to expect more photo sets of her in the future. For now, though, it may be best to appreciate the moment.

What was the first thing you saw when you woke up this morning? An alarm clock? Maybe the ceiling as your eyes blearily tried to focus on your surroundings? Your pet, more than a little eager to be let outside? Well what if instead of that, you woke up to Kindra instead? To help you with your response, we’ve provided you with an example of what that might be.

"Perspective" is a word with a few definitions, but let’s look at it in the sense of narrative. First-person perspective deals with something happening to "me", such as "I signed up at SteamGirl.com today”, while third-person perspective deals with “he/she/it/they”, such as “He went to Kindra’s Facebook page and ‘liked’ it”. These are fairly common, but the second-person perspective is rarer and deals with “you”, such as “You are reading this post and looking at Kindra”. With this information in mind, it may be a bit easier to understand just who the “Lover” in the title is.

Hello everyone, Professor Falconer here and today is a very special day: It’s Kato’s birthday! My sweet, wonderful boss is still hard at work preparing for Steamposium, but that doesn’t mean I can’t take the time to say a few words about her.
To this day, I’ve never met someone as hard-working as Kato. She is absolutely tireless in her endeavors to provide you all with amazing steampunk erotica, fashion, and entertainment in general. It’s no secret as to why models, photographers, and other assorted artists from around the world fill our inboxes with requests to work alongside Kato; she and the companies she has built represent a standard of quality that is respected and admired throughout the steampunk community and well beyond.
But there’s more to Kato than her modeling or her clothing, far more. Kato is also one of the kindest, most loving people I have ever met. When she gave me the opportunity of a lifetime by becoming her assistant, she practically held my hand as I learned the ropes and figured out how to become the person you all know today. Hell, she’s still teaching me new things on a regular basis! She saw potential in me, even when I couldn’t, and a great deal of the happiness and success my life and career hold is thanks to Kato. I may be the Professor, but she’s my teacher.
So happy birthday, Kato. I know that you’re hard at work today, as usual, but I hope you take a moment to sit back, relax, and enjoy your birthday. Like many, many others, I love you.
-Prof. Falconer
P.S.- Want to send Kato a gift? Well there isn’t much she’s asking for, but I happen to know she loves dark chocolate, so feel free to send some to the following address:

Hello everyone! Professor Falconer here with a big announcement!
We’ve done this a few times in the past, and it’s been so successful that we’re doing it again: starting right now and ending on September 30th at 11:59pm pacific daylight time, I’ll be tallying up all the likes and reblogs that you wonderful folks make on our posts. Then, on October 1st, I’ll announce the person who liked and reblogged the most and, if they are 18 years of age or older, the winner will receive a free month’s membership to SteamGirl.com!
But it gets better! From here on out, we’re doing this every single month! That’s right, each month you’ll have the opportunity to win a free month’s membership to SteamGirl.com! (But to keep things fair, no one will be able to win twice in a row.) Thanks for showing your support, and have fun!

This week’s photo set may be for Stylerotica, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less steamy. Kindra is back, and this time she’s here to show everyone a glimpse into a fantasy shared by people all over the world: an intimate time with one of the finest artists that SteamGirl.com has to offer. Better hit that snooze alarm, because it doesn’t look like anyone’s getting out of bed today.

SteamGirl® Spotlight: Lady Alexandria
Hello, everyone! Professor Falconer here, and this week’s SteamGirl® Spotlight is on the amazing Lady Alexandria. Commonly known by her alias, A. Nomaly, Lady Alexandria was one of the first to grace SteamGirl.com with her photoset, appropriately titled “Alexandria”. From that point on, she’s been in high-demand, with fans frequently asking (and sometimes demanding!) that more photo sets featuring the lovely Lady be featured on our site. Of course we here aim to please, and that’s why Lady Alexandria has appeared multiple times over the years. That’s also why we always look forward to working with her again!
So what does Lady Alexandria do when she’s not modeling for SteamGirl.com? Plenty! As A. Nomaly, she can often be found modeling for a variety of other photographers, and when she’s not in front of the camera, she’s behind it, making her own artwork whenever she can. And speaking of making art, Lady Alexandria also makes costume pieces and accessories, some of which she even has available for sale! These skills definitely come in handy for another hobby of her’s, cosplaying, and her Jinx from League of Legends has proven to be extremely popular within the cosplay community. Of course you only cosplay what you love, so that means Lady Alexandria is also quite the gamer, too! In fact, yours truly just recently had an hours-long discussion about Bioshock with her the other day, talking about how much we love the atmosphere and everything else about it, so don’t be too surprised if you see a familiar splicer at a con in the near future.
Here’s where you can find Lady Alexandria online:

And of course you can also find Lady Alexandria alongside Kato and a variety of other SteamGirl.com models at Steamposium, September 26-28 in Seattle, Washington!

It’s Saturday and you know what that means: an update on SteamGirl.com!
This week’s set is “Little Alina” and features the debut of our newest model, Alina, and our newest photographer, Genevieve Riker! Both worked very closely with Kato so they could learn first-hand what it takes to create a SteamGirl.com photo set, and it’s clear that they caught on very quickly! All of us here are incredibly happy to see this photo set on our website, and you can join in on the celebration by going to SteamGirl.com and signing up today!

Enjoying these photos of Alina so far? Who wouldn’t! That’s why we’re proud to announce that in next month’s issue of Ladies of Steampunk, there will be a photo spread featuring some of the photos you’ve seen here along with some that are exclusive to the magazine and SteamGirl.com! Now that’s what I call “hot off the press”!

Some may think that a woman as beautiful as Alina wouldn’t be very relatable. Not so! In fact, that may be one of the most popular misconceptions about models, which is just tragic. Alina, for example, is a self-professed Netflix junkie, has a healthy appreciation for pizza, enjoys writing and painting, and- just like yours truly, believes that Judge Doom from “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” is terrifying. Just remember this when you see a model: they may be beautiful, and they’re certainly artists, but first and foremost they’re people, too. And in a way, that makes them even more beautiful.

We’ve talked about Alina quite a bit so far, but what of our newest photographer? Genevieve Riker is the head of Alternate History Photography and has been a friend of Kato’s for quite some time. She’s even worked alongside Kato on some projects in the past, but with this debut set, I’m willing to bet we’ll be seeing much more of Genevieve’s work in the future!

You may be wondering about this photo set’s name, especially since photos can have such an odd way of distorting height when you have nothing to compare a subject to. Well at 5’2”, Alina actually comes in as one of the most petite models that SteamGirl.com has ever featured. But you know how the old saying goes, “great things come in small packages”!

Kato isn’t just a body and a beauty, but a creator, a mind, and talented. She should post this on here. I saw it on FB and it got the usual “I love a woman with power tools” kinda comments disregarding she is probably better with those tools than them. Should see some of the stuff this woman can create, truly brilliant. http://official-kato-page.tumblr.com/ - Follow her, do yourself a favour, add at least one fucking woman that can create things. I suggest this one. We both create things, but I’m more circuits and chips and she’s more raw materials and things of beauty. So, go, do it. Why you still reading this? Scoot, git, go, bye.

D’awww. Made my day, mate! <3

Today marks the start of a special week, as we not only introduce a new model to SteamGirl.com, but a new photographer as well!
Everyone, say hello to Alina! Alina hails from Portland, Oregon and has quite a bit of experience when it comes to modeling. With a variety of genres under her belt (the figurative one, not the literal one she’s unbuckling), we’re very excited to have her tackle steampunk erotica.
